Provided mentorship/advisory support for the CAHDCO Blueprint program. The Blueprints program is part of the Toolbox training which provides a 2-month intensive online program with an optional in-person session in Ottawa. The Toolbox connects participants with knowledge to develop an affordable project or grow an organization development capacity. The Toolbox is an affordable housing development community of practice that consists of a set of programs.
Project scope included:

· Input on the early development stages of an affordable housing project
· Identify risks and best practices
· Troubleshoot isssues
· Finance input and proforma requirements
· Project feasibility process
· Funding options
· Links to experts, resources and other tools
